This March, I picked up an Olympus Pen EES-2 at Marché aux Puces in Paris, the biggest antique/flea market in Europe (maybe in the world)! It was a lucky find; the night before I had been looking at the Olympus Pen line, and I was going to buy it online when I was back home.
This camera is notably
- half frame
- automatic - ‘point and shoot’
- but has no electric components - the light is metered through a selenium ring
- from the 60s/70s
- quite tiny! (108 X 66 X 42mm)
I find it crazy that it still works! Here I record the better photos from each roll I’ve shot (chronologically backwards).
